There's no denying that for each meeting on which I’ve been involved in the design, content, delivery and logistics, and for those I’ve attended and will attend in the future, change is needed—it’s about more than one’s generational cohort. And yet, with four to six generations in the workplace, as guests at our hotels and our meetings, we are considering what it means. I don’t have simple answers on how to make meetings work for all generations, but I do have some ideas—as do those from different generations who I spoke with.
