At the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, guests can pick produce straight from the indoor Herb Wall & Vegetable Garden. Groups can use this feature to create their own fresh and seasonal meals. Combined, the properties offer 1,500 guest rooms and 174,000 square feet of meeting space.

The 682-room Amway Grand Plaza, the 337-room JW Marriott Grand Rapids and the 214-room Courtyard Grand Rapids Downtown offer meeting guests Adult Lunch Boxes. These lunch bags are filled with apples, oranges, bananas, healthy sandwich options, fiber-filled snacks and antioxidant enriched beverages. In total there is over 85,000 square feet of meeting space and the hotels are directly connected to the DeVos Place Convention Center.

The 1,932-room New York Hilton Midtown’s executive chef, Richard Brown, partners with New York City vendors to offer banquet menus filled with locally sourced fish, uncommon vegetables and grains. He also launched the hotel’s first branded dining concept, Herb N’ Kitchen, which is a gourmet on-the-go market.
