Sagamore Development Company collaborated with Pendry Hotels for their first East Coast offering, Sagamore Pendry Baltimore Hotel. Opening this month, the 129-room luxury boutique hotel is housed in a century-old building on Baltimore’s historic Fell’s Point Recreation Pier. The venue provides a full range of event spaces, including the revitalized 4,565-square-foot Sagamore Ballroom.
The 150-room Delta Hotel by Marriott converts a historic Inner Harbor building into one of the Canada-based brand’s first U.S. locations. The hotel’s interior weaves sleek modern design with references to the work of Edgar Allan Poe and boasts four event rooms for a total of 3,324 square feet of event space.

Historic Whitehall recently began making its 135-acre property available for corporate events. Whitehall Mansion, constructed in 1764, is a National Historic Landmark. The site can host 300 individual for a tented event and 1,000 individuals for an outdoor gathering.
Bembe Beach Events offers a new waterside event venue at the Annapolis Sailing School. The venue is able to host 150 individuals seated or 200 standing.
The Crystal Beach Hotel is adding 63 guest rooms as well as a new fitness center, guest lounge, pool and poolside casual dining. The expansion is slated to open this spring.
