In April 2017, the 694-room Melia Nassau Beach - All Inclusive, located on Cable Beach, completed a multimillion-dollar renovation, including updates to guest rooms and fitness center, and the addition of a stage for live entertainment built adjacent to the adults-only pool.
Baha Mar’s first phase was unveiled in April 2017 and included the opening of Royal Blue Golf Club, a 30,000-square-foot ESPA spa and the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, which features 1,800 guest rooms and access to the spa. Grand Hyatt Baha Mar manages the Baha Mar Convention, Art and Entertainment Center, a 200,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor convention facility, and connects directly to Baha Mar Casino. Both the multipurpose center and casino opened in April as well. Phase two will follow with the debut of SLS Baha Mar this fall and the final phase will introduce the enhanced and expanded Rosewood Baha Mar in spring 2018.
The Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas, a four-star, adults-only, all-inclusive resort, opened in late 2016 with 250 guest rooms, four dining options, two bars, a spa and fitness center. The resort also features the 10,000-square-foot Warwick Sunset Terrace overlooking Nassau Harbor and two indoor meeting spaces that accommodate small groups.
Atlantis, Paradise Island in July will unveil the renovation of Coral Towers, including lobby and guest room updates, and a fully transformed Marina Village this fall.
