Dream Hollywood opened its doors as part of the revitalization of Los Angeles’ Hollywood neighborhood. The hotel’s design pays homage to the city’s iconic Mid-Century Modern architecture and has 178 guest rooms, including an 1,800-square-foot Guest House suite with a private screening room. The property features an indoor-outdoor, double-height lobby with retractable walls; an 11,000-square-foot rooftop pool; restaurant and lounge with views of the Hollywood Hills and Los Angeles Skyline; a gym and wellness program designed by celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson; and 3,000 square feet of meeting space. There are also five restaurant and nightlife venues operated by TAO Group located within and adjacent to the hotel.
Graduate Berkeley is now part of Benchmark’s Gemstone Collection. Formerly the Hotel Durant, the property has been revitalized and renamed following an extensive renovation. The hotel pays homage to the historic building’s roots and University California Berkeley founder, Henry Durant, through the design and reimagining of Henry’s, the hotel’s restaurant and bar. In both its public spaces and 144 guest rooms, the furniture and art are curated to feel residential and preppy, with elements from different eras and from around the globe. The property offers 1,050 square feet of conference space, including the California Room and a boardroom.

Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs is set to debut this fall. The seven-story, 153-room hotel is part of the city’s major downtown revitalization project and features Palm Springs’ first and only rooftop pool along with 4 Saints, an open-air bar and restaurant, with views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The lobby living room includes Window Bar and Juniper Table, a casual Mediterranean cafe that will offer food and beverage for dining in or on the go. The property will have more than 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a ballroom, rooftop annex and boardroom.


The Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel completed the first phase of a two-part renovation. Phase One included a complete top-to-bottom renovation of all of its 212 guest rooms and suites, while Phase Two—set for completion this month—will transform the hotel’s lobby, add Rose & Compass restaurant and bar, and include the addition of a private event space for smaller groups. The hotel’s guest rooms have been entirely transformed and now feature Sheraton Signature Beds, marble countertops and contemporary artwork and furnishings. Located on the grounds of Portland International Airport, the property features 22,500 square feet of space across 17 rooms.


The Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center is undergoing an extensive multimillion-dollar renovation that will bring a new look and improvements to all of its 473 guest rooms, public areas, restaurant and spa. The Puerto Vallarta resort features six restaurants, four bars, two pools and 13,000 square feet of meeting space with the capacity for 1,200 guests.

The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas & Spa reopened this summer with 147 villas and more than 4,800 square feet of indoor function space. Guest accommodations range from studios to a 2,200-square-foot Presidential Suite, and all are equipped with kitchenettes. Property amenities include the Mercadito, offering food and drink to go; outdoor community grills; Otomi Spa; and three pools. Dining options include the upscale, gourmet El Ciruelo; cocktails and light bites at Margaritas swim-up poolside bar; casual menus at La Cantina Sports Bar and Coralline; and regional and international cuisine at Cocina Casera.
