Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino announced the appointment of Kressa Olguin as the property’s new marketing manager.

Olguin brings over 10 years of sales experience with Hyatt and a passion for marketing to her new role at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino.

“I am excited to continue my career with Hyatt and am honored to join the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe family,” said Olguin. “The resort has built an exceptional team for 2018 and I look forward to bringing my experience and strategies in marketing to another fantastic Hyatt destination.”

A California native, Olguin began her career with Hyatt in 2007 as an assistant front office manager at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport in Burlingame, Calif. In 2010 she joined the team at Hyatt Regency Maui holding various roles from sales admin to business travel and leisure sales manager, as well as social media and marketing support manager.

In 2015 Olguin moved to Hyatt Regency Monterey where she served as manager of group sales. From there, Olguin honed in on her passion for marketing and joined the team at Hyatt Regency Austin in 2016 as the property’s marketing manager.

At Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, Olguin will be responsible for overseeing the marketing for 422 guest rooms, suites and cottages, 50,000 square feet of meeting and event space, eight food and beverage outlets, the resort’s Stillwater Spa and Salon, among other onsite programming.
