Brent Stone is the new director of food & beverage for Snow King Resort, a Benchmark Resorts & Hotels.

Stone previously served as banquet manager for Snow King Resort. Prior to joining the property, he held the position of banquet caption and lead server for the Lodge & Spa at Cordillera in Edwards, Colo. He has also worked in food and beverage positions of increasing responsibility for the Vail Mountain Resort & Spa, the Manor Vail Lodge and the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, among others.

Snow King Resort is located at the base of Snow King Mountain, home to Wyoming’s first ski resort. Managed by Benchmark, a global hospitality company, and part of the Benchmark Resorts & Hotels brand portfolio, the property features 203 guestrooms as well as over 100 luxury condominiums. The resort boasts 20,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor space.
