Kimpton Goodland announced the appointment of Danielle Santilli as associate director of sales. In her new role, Santilli will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and business development strategies for the 158-room Santa Barbara area hotel.
Santilli brings nearly 11 years of hospitality experience to the boutique hotel. She comes to the Goodland from Paséa Hotel & Spa, where she spent more than two years as the sales manager. There, Santilli was responsible for developing and fostering business through various methods of sales, marketing and the creation of strategic action plans to drive revenue. Prior to Paséa Hotel & Spa, Santilli spent a year as a sales manager with the Hyatt Regency in Orange County, Calif.
“Danielle is a wonderful addition to the Goodland sales team,” said Drew Parker, director of sales and marketing at the Goodland. “In the short time she has been with us, Danielle has already shown strong leadership skills, along with a fresh perspective on sales opportunities for the property. We have no doubt that she will succeed here at the Goodland and we are looking forward to the opportunity to learn from her.”
