White Rock Lake, Trinity River Autobahn Center, Katy Trail.

Are there any quirky places we should check out?

Bishop Arts District and Deep Ellum neighborhoods.

What is an unusual request from a group you’ve had?

A group wanted a “TRUE TEXAS EXPERIENCE,” so I got them a reservation at Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse for dinner and then had Wild Bill of Wild Bill’s Western Wear open the doors to them and they all got personalized black felt cowboy hats with the Wild Bill’s logo branded into it.

A party of 12 wants to have dinner right away. What restaurant can accommodate last-minute requests of this size?

I would recommend Nick & Sam’s but the good thing about Dallas, we have restaurants everywhere. As a concierge you have connections at each one so if something does come up last minute, all you have to do is pick up the phone and make a call to get them in.

What’s a unique event that has taken place at your property?

The Omni Dallas teams up with Soup Mobile and on Christmas Eve we invite 500 homeless people into the Omni and let them experience a night in a hotel room.
