The 136-room Fairfield by Marriott hotel in downtown St. Louis recently opened as part of a dynamic transformation of the Downtown West area of St. Louis. The hotel offers new décor that provides guests with a feeling of warmth and calm while traveling while addressing the functional needs of the Fairfield guest for a seamless experience. Rooms were designed with the modern traveler in mind, allowing for productivity on the road without overcomplicating the guestroom.
Hotel amenities include a large fitness center, business services, valet laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi and 1,892 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 200 people. The five-story property also boasts a full-service bar with an outdoor patio Market Street.

Meetings with Monumental Views
Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, a premier business and leisure hotel also located in the heart of downtown St. Louis next to the iconic Gateway Arch grounds, announces a renovation to its meeting space slated to be completed in early 2020.
Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch offers 24 distinctive meeting and event spaces, and features 83,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space for group functions. The renovation will update each of the hotel’s meeting venues including pre-function foyers, ballrooms, breakout rooms and boardrooms. Each of the renovated spaces will be outfitted with refinished tables with stone tops, reupholstered furniture, the addition of modern tables with USB charging stations and more than 2,000 brand new banquet chairs.
The meeting spaces include two mid-sized Gateway Ballrooms that are complemented by the open-air Gateway Terrace, which features panoramic, unobstructed views overlooking the Gateway Arch and scenic Mississippi Riverfront. In addition to the traditional ballroom space, the hotel also provides the Park View room which features arch-paned windows with commanding views of the monument as well as a variety of conference rooms, boardrooms, and conference suites.
The project will complement the property’s previous $11 million renovation to its guestrooms, lobby and suites. As the closest hotel to the newly reimagined Gateway Arch park, groups have direct access to the national park right outside the hotel’s doorstep.
The Cottonwood Hotel is officially opening in Summer 2020 in Omaha’s historic Blackstone District. The revitalized 1916 property was once a destination for the biggest celebrities and dignitaries such as Bob Hope, Jimmy Stewart, Ronald Reagan, John F. Kennedy and Eleanor Roosevelt.

It is comprised of 205 guestrooms, including 15 suites, a signature steakhouse and lounge, a resort-style swimming pool and solarium. The hotel boasts over 13,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor meetings and events spaces, including two ballrooms with catering provided from the hotel’s restaurant.
