Site selection is an important step in the planning process. However, for meeting planners, it can be one of the most overwhelming. Planners must compare competing hotel bids, monitor their budgets and choose a venue that positively shapes the attendee experience. Meanwhile, hotels vie for their business by tacking on promotions, discounts and freebies to sweeten the deal.

As a planner, how do you decide what promotions will help make your event successful?

During the webinar, Cvent will share the results of its recent planner survey, revealing what promotions benefited events and attendees the most. You will also gain a complete perspective on the topic by hearing from a seasoned professional meeting planner and a hotelier tasked with negotiating concessions for group business clients. Finally, we will introduce a new, free resource designed to help planners find better deals for their events.

Attend the webinar and learn how to:

  • Determine what hotel promotions will help improve your events
  • Negotiate concessions that will please your attendees and keep them coming back
  • Discover complimentary tools to help you find group-related hotel promotions
