Let’s be honest, you know social media is important, but it hasn’t made it off your “nice-to-have” list. Don’t get distracted trying to do it all – focus on what matters most. The days when you are onsite at your event is when 80% of your social activity will be taking place, and learning how to maximize this time is key to attendee engagement. That’s exactly what you’ll get from attending Emily and Kevin's presentation. Instead of a high level overview of a complete start to finish social campaign, we will deliver specific, real-world tactics that you can start using immediately.

What You’ll Learn

After this 45 minute discussion, you'll walk away knowing:

  • The tools you need to monitor and manage social posts onsite
  • The real, actionable steps to run a social media contest
  • Top ideas to increase social participation and delight attendees
  • How to handle negative posts and escalate appropriately
  • The right metrics to measure your social media success

Register Today! All attendees will receive a Social Media Game Plan, and a Social Contest Template. Tweet your questions before and during the webinar with #event2pt0!

Earn CEUs: CIC has reviewed the learning objectives of this activity and has indicated that attendees will receive 1 CE hours in the Marketing Domain of the CMP or CMP-HC Standards.
