Corporate planners are frequently on short timelines to negotiate and contract for meetings--timelines that would make most association planners shriek! And association planners, often negotiating for meetings up to 10 or even 15 years out, think that it's as difficult as not having enough time. Who can predict what will happen? Government planners? They’re always under siege and tied to per diems that find themselves between many rocks and hard places. Our business partners are responsible to many for healthy bottom lines. Then there's the battle of procurement (on the planner side) v. revenue managers (on the hotel or other vendor side) and negotiating becomes too often a tug of war!

Join Meetings Today and Joan Eisenstodt, veteran meeting planner, educator and Meetings Today blogger, for this free hour-long webinar that will advance your meetings industry knowledge and negotiating skills.
