Napa Valley Hotel Debuts New Ballroom

NAPA, Calif.

River Terrace Inn completed an expansion and renovation in Napa, Calif. The expansion included the hotel's guest rooms, ALBA’s kitchen, meeting and event spaces, and its fitness center.

The porte cochere, lobby and front desk, hallways and ALBA restaurant were renovated.

“Our extensive expansion and renovation will allow us to capture additional business and leisure travelers coming to Napa Valley and provide them with an idealistic setting and luxurious accommodations,” said Christine McDermott, general manager of River Terrace Inn.

River Terrace Inn added six new luxury riverfront guest rooms and two suites that highlight the hotel’s elegance and riverfront setting. Each new room or suite features a fireplace, patio and separate shower and jetted bathtubs. The outdoor pool was removed and a River Walk Clearing outdoor event space was introduced.

Additionally, a new 1,400-square-foot ballroom opening out onto the Napa River was introduced, showcasing the riverfront. The space can be used as outdoor breakout spaces for meetings and events.

The outdoor terrace at ALBA, the property’s dining experience, was remodeled to include a full bar and outdoor fire pits, presenting guests with the option to have drinks, dinner and dessert along the Napa River.

The restaurant’s kitchen was expanded to meet increasing demand for Executive Chef Zanty Tesorero’s cuisine that pays homage to the local foodways with a fine combination of great mixology and superior cooking. A feature mirror was also added to the indoor lounge to bring in more natural light from the outside..

The River Terrace Inn's porte cochere and lobby were remodeled. The lobby renovation included the removal and replacement of the front desk with PODS that allow staff to better interact with guests. Hallways received new carpet and paint, and the fitness center was relocated, expanded and outfitted with new equipment.
