DoubleTree Hotel Opens in Montreal

MONTREAL

The DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal opened in the Quartier des Spectacles, Montreal's entertainment district. The 20-story, 595-room hotel features numerous interior and exterior updates.

"With location in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles, Montreal's entertainment district, this investment aims to optimize the hotel's role in the neighborhood, as well as reflect the spirit of the district within its walls," said Bernard Chênevert, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal.

"Montreal's Quartier des Spectacles is internationally renowned, and we believe this hotel is one of the city's best kept secrets here," he added. "These renovations will provide a place for our guests to fully enjoy the beautiful city of Montreal."

The property has underground access to the convention center and offers more than 52,400 square feet of meetings and events space. The function spaces include the 7,540-square-foot Grand Salon Opera, 25 function rooms and five outdoor spaces, offering a total of 14,700 square feet and views of downtown Montreal.

The hotel’s food dining options include SIX Resto Lounge, serving locally-inspired cuisine; Saveur, open daily for breakfast; as well as self-service wine bar and daily room service.

Additional on-site amenities include a fitness center, indoor pool and wellness center.
