Delta's first branded hotel in Willowbrook, Delta Hotels by Marriott Chicago Willowbrook, officially opened early August. Located near Burr Ridge and Darien, IL, the hotel focuses on a clean aesthetic with a modern take on comfort.
The hotel will feature 165 guestrooms, an outdoor swimming pool, a spacious 24-hour fitness center and offers the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access streaming services like Hulu, Netflix and HBO Go.
Delta Hotels by Marriott Chicago Willowbrook has over 11,000 square feet of function space for up to 500 guests, including nine event rooms. The hotel will also include Willby's Restaurant and Lounge, offering craft cocktails and American fare.
Delta Hotels by Marriott Chicago Willowbrook is located 30 miles from downtown Chicago, 15 miles from Chicago Midway Airport and 21 miles from Chicago O'Hare International Airport. The hotel's location offers easy access to popular attractions and businesses including the Brookfield Zoo, the Oakbrook Mall, CNH Industries, Argonne National Laboratory and the College of DuPage.
Full rebranding and renovation efforts will also soon be unveiled at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Tinley Park Convention Center. Due to be complete in Fall 2020, the current Holiday Inn will be transformed into the newest member of the EVEN Hotels family, the first of its kind in Illinois. EVEN Hotels is a national chain specializing in serving travelers’ holistic wellness needs through fitness opportunities, healthy food options, a wellness-savvy staff and natural spaces.
Many guests staying at the newly renovated hotel will be utilizing the attached Tinley Park Convention Center. The convention center has 70,000 square feet of event space and 1,500 free parking spaces. It is the region’s largest convention venue and has hosted a variety of both public and private events such as trade shows, national conventions and special events. At Holiday Inn Hotel & Tinley Park Convention Center, a wide variety of healthy foods will be freshly prepared and stocked at the new Cork & Kale Market and Bar. Guests can choose desserts, chocolates, smoothies and organic signature cocktails. Additionally, the existing Bananas Grille & Bar will be renovated, with current plans to convert the space into a trendy gastropub with outdoor seating.
In Farmington Hills, the 111-suite hotel officially opened at the end of July. The new hotel offers guests convenient access to downtown Detroit and attractions like Comerica Park, Ford Field, Suburban Showplace and Little Caesars Arena.

The Residence Inn is designed as an all-suite hotel that offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Guests focused on being productive can utilize each suite's large, well-lit work desk and ergonomic chair. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen.
