RockResorts opened The Landings, a 19-acre resort on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, Dec. 8.
The condo-hotel resort debuted its first phase with 66 guest units, a spa, salon, fitness center, pool, yacht harbor, and restaurant.
Plans are in the works for phase two to open in October 2008 and include the addition of a conference room with a capacity for 80 people.
Phases three and four will debut in 2009 and 2010 and include the addition of guest units, bringing the resort’s total up to 228 when finished.
