Boise CC Plans Stalled

The building of a proposed Boise convention center is stalled after a Missouri hotel developer delayed moving forward with the project due of illness.

John Q. Hammons, 89, isn’t out of the picture, according to his local partner in the project, but the center will at least be delayed again—and may require a new hotel partner, the Idaho Statesman reported.

Local officials said the center will move forward with or without Hammons.
