Riu Tropical Bay, is undergoing a $25 million renovation here. The property will be renamed Riu Palace Tropical Bay. The beachfront resort is slated to reopen on Dec. 5, after a four-month renovation. The property will offer 400 guestrooms, 24-hour all-inclusive food and beverages and new themed restaurants.
