A Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel is expected to be completed here in January.
The 87-room property is Marriott’s latest Fairfield prototype. The hotel will include a pool and a spa. It will be located 30 minutes from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla.
