When planners book and hold a meeting by Dec. 30 with a minimum of 10 or more peak room nights on select value dates, they receive a special rate. For a meeting with 25 or more peak rooms nights booked by Sept.1, they will receive a 3 percent rebate to their master bill, complimentary meeting room rental and complimentary upgrade for a VIP guest.
