  • The Crowne Plaza Anchorage-Midtown is scheduled for completion this summer. The $20 million property will feature 165 guest rooms, as well as a restaurant, lounge, indoor swimming pool and a whirlpool, fitness center and use of the business center. The top two floors will be dedicated to Crowne Plaza’s Priority Club, where members can use a concierge lounge with complimentary food, beverages and other amenities. Arizona

  • The newly redesigned Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix debuted in April following a $52 million redevelopment project. A new 25,000-square-foot lobby features the resort’s newest dining venues, the Lobby Grill and the Lobby Bar. The Arizona Grand Resort’s renovation process began in 2007, and in 2008 renovations on all 640 guest suites were completed. Earlier this year, the resort opened the new Arizona Grand Villas, adding 100 upscale residential-style accommodations.   • L’Auberge de Sedona is undergoing a $25 million resort expansion, scheduled for completion in late summer. The resort will offer 1,200-square-foot, one-bedroom cottages that include a large observation deck for outdoor entertaining and dining.
