HOT SPRINGS, Va.
Omni Hotels has reflagged its five new, distinguished resorts, previously affiliated with KSL Capital Partners, LLC, with the announcement of the closing of the purchase and sale of the properties.
The reflagged properties include the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas; Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.; Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, Calif.; The Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C.; and The Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Va.
The addition of the luxurious properties has added 2,362 rooms, 304,000 square feet of meeting and function space, 34 dining options, 48 retail locations, 12 golf courses, three water parks, a ski facility and five spas to the Omni network of properties.
