New Marriott Property Opens in Omaha Area

OMAHA, Neb.

A 118-room, all-suite Residence Inn Omaha Aksarben Village in Omaha, Neb., is scheduled to open later this month, showcasing the Marriott brand's new design. The hotel is owned and managed by RHW Hotels of Overland Park, Kansas.

Located in Aksarben Village, 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to Eppley Airport, the property offers its guests access to the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Stinson Park and the Henry Doorly Zoo. Rates vary depending on length of stay.

Residence Inn properties are designed as all-suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. The contemporary suites are said to be designed to support the lifestyle of travelers on the road today, with flexible spaces and upgraded amenities.

The Residence Inn Omaha Aksarben Village also offers guests public spaces to relax or collaborate. Services include grocery delivery service, complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour on-site food and beverage market, dry cleaning services, and on-site guest laundry room.
