Timothy T. Glanzer, CMP, joined the ConferenceDirect leadership team as vice president. In this role, he will focus on enhancing the customer experiences delivered from its Conference Management team as well as on increasing account retention. Glanzer previously spent 28 years with MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. He began his career in banquets when he opened the Mirage in 1989 and has held various hotel management positions at Treasure Island and the Mirage. He was most recently the executive director of convention services at Bellagio Hotel and Casino.
