Angel Hanson, CMP, CMM, is now the director, Event Vision & Client Impact for Meeting Solutions. In this role, Hanson leads the strategic implementation for the company’s more complex and sensitive events. She also has oversight of specialized planning and event application tools efforts and their deployment into large-scale projects.
Hanson will serve as the principal liaison between the company and Fortune 500 clients to ensure a consistent and professional event experience. She will provide company management with an insight to opportunities and challenges across both technology and finance customers. Hanson has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality and event industries. She has worked in many sectors, from travel agencies, airlines, hotels and various third-party event management companies to 11 years at Microsoft as its marketing manager.
