Universal Continues to WOW as a Top Meetings Destination

With a South Seas theme, Loews Royal Pacific Resort boasts 132,000 square feet of meeting and function space and 1,000 guest rooms, including 51 suites. A plethora of dining possibilities includes the Indonesian-style Islands Dining Room serving Pan-Asian Pacific Rim cuisine and traditional fare, and for a more laid-back experience, Jake’s American Bar serves drinks, pub fare and live entertainment.
 
Inspired by Old-World Caribbean charm, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort extends your island experience with Amatista Cookhouse, featuring an open exhibition kitchen with Caribbean-inspired cuisine. The hotel has 115,000 flexible square feet of meeting space and 1,000 guest rooms including 83 suites.
 
Created with meeting professionals in mind, The Loews Meeting Complex at Universal Orlando connects the meeting space of Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort to offer planners a total of 2,000 guest rooms and 247,000 square feet of meeting space to work with in an ideal location for groups of any size. 

Surrounded by a charming seaside village with al fresco cafes on the harborside piazza, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel transports you to Italy from morning ‘til night with cappuccino by day and Italian specialties at Mama Della’s Ristorante by night. The hotel features 42,000 total flexible square feet of meeting space and 750 guest rooms that includes 45 suites and 91 club level rooms. 

Your attendees will live like rock royalty at Hard Rock Hotel with an upbeat yet relaxed rock ‘n’ roll vibe that extends into the resort’s 7,200 square feet of meeting space. The hotel’s California mission-style design boasts 650 guest rooms, 29 suites and 90 club level rooms. Culinary delights include The Palm, famed for its aged steaks and fresh seafood and The Kitchen, cool and casual, serving classic American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For a fun and exciting venue within a quick walk, water taxi, or shuttle ride from Universal Orlando’s hotels, Universal CityWalk offers so many options for visiting groups. From private dining rooms, full-venue buyouts or the option of combining several venues for a block party, there’s no end to what can be crafted at CityWalk.

Bigfire, one of Universal CityWalk’s newest restaurants offers steaks and seafood, while The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen offers chocolate-infused dishes and fabulous desserts in a 19th-century themed Steampunk setting.
 
NBC Sports Grill & Brew offers 100 HD TVs—along with food prepared on open kettle grills in contrast to luxe VIVO Italian Kitchen.
