This includes the co-ed Serenity Lounge, ladies' and men’s locker rooms with steam rooms, saunas, experiential showers and private Water Garden with vitality pool, cold plunge, hot plunge and outdoor showers. Private treatment tubs are also available.
Other group offerings include the Wellness Break, designed and personalized to a group's specific needs. Breaks can include Spa Hydration Stations with specialty spa mocktails, guided stretching and meditation, sound therapy, aura cleansing, flower essences, mini-facial stations, mineral muscle treatments and more. Chair massage can be provided within a variety of spaces, accommodates groups of all sizes and can be offered in increments of 5, 10 or 15 minutes per guest.
The Flower Elixir Ceremony allows attendees to determine their wellness priorities corresponding to a variety of local Florida flowers. With their personalized flower essence blend selected, an aura cleansing mist is applied, followed by anointing oils and light acupressure on the limbs. Sound bath refreshes the body and relaxes the mind with tranquil sounds surrounding participants sitting or lying down in a comfortable position. A guided sound meditation allows participants to rest, reset and rejuvenate.
For a fully transformative getaway, Conrad Orlando offers wellness guest rooms with direct access to the private spa Water Garden and the latest wellness technologies.
