Crystal Springs Resort, located in the Kittatinny Mountains of Northern New Jersey, welcomed Heidi Nowak as its new chief sales officer.

Nowak’s previous experience working for luxury brands includes InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Six Senses and The Ritz-Carlton. She has experience working in both domestic and international markets.

In her new role, she will be tasked with positioning the property for expanded growth across broader markets. Nowak was selected for the role because of her achievements integrating sales, marketing and revenue management, according to the property.
Prior to joining Crystal Springs Resort, she repositioned flagship destinations and guided teams responsible for more than $200 million in annual revenue.

Current facets of the property include 425 guest accommodations across the two hotels— Grand Cascades Lodge and Minerals Hotel—and more than 100,000 square feet of flexible indoor/outdoor space for meetings and events.
