Kimpton Era Midtown New York opened in Manhattan in March. The 33-story IHG property offers four different dining concepts: The Parlor, Bar Rocco, Amasa and Jade Rabbit. Jade Rabbit, the rooftop bar, opened in April and offers a 360-degree skyline view.

The 529-room hotel was designed to radiate an edgy atmosphere. The classic, modern property was crafted with intuitive comfort and elegance. The check-in process is streamlined for efficient arrival with a self-service counter on the first floor.

The Parlor, the property’s lobby, is decorated with bohemian rugs and features a manned reception desk. The guest rooms, known as the “jewel box,” are filled with cool blues, dusty pink and olive tones. According to CVENT, the hotel boasts 1,226 square feet of semi-private indoor meeting space and 1,709 square feet of outdoor space.

Loews Philadelphia Hotel upgraded its 33rd floor. The redesigned meeting and event spaces offer skyline views and reflect the property’s commitment to guest-centered amenities and thoughtful design. The space’s color palette was inspired by local forests, bodies of water and mountains. The soft earthy color palette is paired with a neutral background for a timeless and contemporary feel. Upgrades to the meeting spaces include enhanced lighting and technology, updated interiors, premium furnishings and upgraded bathrooms. The hotel features 581 guest rooms and 54 meeting rooms. Across the total 47,000 square feet of space, the hotel’s largest space is the 9,752-square-foot Millenium Hall suitable for 1,000 guests.
