Arizona
About 70 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, in Wickenburg, Arizona, Rancho de los Caballeros Resort, completed a $100 million renovation in March. The project includes the debut of the Wickenburg Suites: four stand-alone casitas with an open concept living room and a kitchenette. The suites offer wide views of the Los Caballeros Golf Club.
The resort also introduced an outdoor pool complex with two resort-style pools. The surrounding landscape features saguaros and other greenery native to the Sonoran Desert landscape. The pools are accompanied by the F&B outlet Poolside Sips and Snacks. The renovation included the addition of a restaurant, named 19, and improvements to its spa. Spanning 18 acres, the property offers 9,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 3,000-square-foot lawn. Other outdoor experiences at the resort include guided equestrian trail rides, archery, tennis, pickleball and trap shooting.
Colorado
The Curtis Hotel unveiled a full property renovation in March. The multimillion-dollar transformation tapped all 13 of the property’s themed floors. Some examples of the themed floors include a summer camp-inspired floor: “Camp Curtis.” Also, arcade favorites are recognized on the “Level Up” floor. New design elements include curated art.
In its 336 rooms, guests can expect new interactive elements and games as well as upgrades to technology. In addition to the guest rooms, The Curtis offers a variety of hyperthemed suites. These immersive stays include “Party Like a Rockstar,” with lively artwork and an iridescent glitter wall, and “Recess,” which features schoolhouse chairs, a vintage classroom desk and a chalkboard wall.

The property also upgraded its 30,000 square feet of space for meetings and events. The spaces are infused with vibrant colors, candy-striped walls and bright carpets, all aimed at beating back any “boring boardroom” allegations. The DoubleTree by Hilton property’s largest space is the 4,200-square-foot The Fort Ballroom for 200 guests. Other meeting options include two additional ballrooms, two terraces, 15 conference rooms and 12 breakout rooms.
Hawai'i
Hale Hōkūala Kaua'i, Curio Collection by Hilton is the lifestyle brand’s first property in Hawai'i. Anticipated to open in fall 2026, the 210-room property offers views of the ocean and mountain landscapes. The hotel is located close to Lihue Airport and other island attractions, including Kalapaki Beach, Waimea Canyon and Wailua Falls. Hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, signature restaurant and fitness center. Meeting and event capabilities feature 12,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space ideal for corporate gatherings.
Utah
Red Cliffs Lodge Moab, a National Park-inspired retreat, unveiled a property-wide renovation. The renovation welcomed a redesigned lodge, new restaurant and cocktail lounge, modernized suites and a collection of 31 new cabins. The lodge sits on the banks of the Colorado River beneath towering red cliff mesas. The reimagined lodge immerses guests in the outdoors with floor-to-ceiling windows. The lobby also houses a knowledgeable team and locals to immerse guests in the destination through experiences and personalized tours.
Ember, the restaurant and cocktail lounge, celebrates the spirit of a communal meal around a campfire. The restaurant’s featured menu includes fire-driven American fare with bold flavors. The lodge also refreshed a 2,300-square-foot meeting space, The Colorado Room. The property features more than 10,000 square feet of space across four rooms, with The Colorado Room being the largest, suitable for 280 guests.

Deer Valley Development
Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences is expected to debut in Park City, Utah, in 2028. Construction on the property began in 2025. The resort will feature 132 guest accommodations and 105 residences. Meeting and event offerings include 11,300 square feet of meeting and event space. The 5,200-square-foot ballroom makes up nearly half of the resort’s meeting space.
Other amenities include a 15,000-square-foot spa, fitness centers, ski valet and concierge services, a golf simulator, an indoor lap pool and an outdoor pool and hot tub. The hotel is located 40 minutes away from Salt Lake City International Airport. Deer Valley East Village boasts 250,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. Skiing capabilities at Deer Valley include 37 chairlifts across 238 runs.
