Moxy NYC Downtown, the latest hotel from the Marriott International brand along with developer Mark Gordon and Tribeca Associates, opened in the city’s Financial District.

St. Regis Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of The St. Regis Toronto, marking the brand's debut in Canada. Rising 65-stories, the hotel is a beacon on the Toronto skyline and is located between the city’s entertainment and financial districts.

DoubleTree by Hilton Deadwood at Cadillac Jack's opened in South Dakota. The full-service hotel features 107 guest rooms and is attached to Cadillac Jack’s Gaming Resort and Tru by Hilton Deadwood.

As the new year approaches, so does a new beginning for San Francisco’s meetings business. The long-awaited opening of an upgraded Moscone Center came in early January, as the convention complex debuted a $551 million expansion.

The Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel reopened following a multimillion-dollar renovation. The hotel’s redesign pays homage to the cultural history of the city in a modern and unexpected way. The property now boasts 209 fully renovated guest rooms and suites; a refreshed lobby that includes a designed timeline of the hotel's 100-year history along with a memorial to the Women's Auxiliary Corps, which was hosted at the Hotel Savery during World War II; and a new restaurant concept.

Graduate Bloomington is open near Indiana University’s campus. The 150-room hotel’s design honors the city's personality and pays tribute to its famed basketball culture and team spirit. The hotel's food and beverage outlet, Poindexter Coffee, will open at the end of December.

Flamingo Las Vegas debuted 14 new Bunk Bed Rooms, along with one of the largest dedicated Bunk Bed Suites in the U.S., as part of the second phase of the resort's room renovation, totaling a $156 million investment to date. The Bunk Bed Rooms are expected to welcome their first guests on Feb. 1, 2019.

Marriott International’s Moxy Hotels debuted its first hotel in California. The Moxy San Diego features 126 guest rooms in downtown’s historic Gaslamp Quarter.

The Founders Inn and Spa joined the Tapestry Collection by Hilton portfolio. The hotel will continue to maintain its own individual spirit, blending Old World beauty with Colonial era charm.

Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead. The property, formerly Mandarin Oriental Atlanta, is in an iconic building designed by American Architect Robert A.M. Stern.
