JW Marriott Seoul reopened following an extensive eight-month renovation. The hotel’s public spaces, designed by notable French interior designer Bruno Moinard of AGENCY 4BI, were inspired by Korea’s modern aesthetic and transformed to reflect a warm and welcoming new look.

The New Bedford Harbor Hotel is now open on the south coast of Massachusetts. The 70-room property is part of the Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice Hotels and managed by Waterford Hotel Group.

The Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel is now part of the Davidson Hotels & Resorts collection. The property is situated within walking distance of Penn's campus and its medical complex as well as the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott, located adjacent to the airfield, completed a full-scale property renovation including 443 guest rooms and suites, the property’s MClub lounge, 15,000 square feet of meeting space and 19,000 square feet of public spaces. The transformation draws its inspiration from the eclectic, multi-national culinary, arts and cultural scene that comprises the surrounding Queens community, known as the “World’s Borough.”

DoubleTree by Hilton Mt. Vernon is now open in southern Illinois. The 200-room hotel is located just outside Mt. Vernon’s city center with convenient access to highways leading to surrounding cities including St. Louis, Chicago, Memphis and Indianapolis.

The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort completed the first phase of a multimillion-dollar renovation project, which included the transformation of the 432 guest rooms and suites, updated common areas and the debut of a new restaurant, Lona Cocina Tequileria. DiamondRock Hospitality Company’s investment in the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort coincides with the region's growth as a global tourism hub.

The Angad Arts Hotel is gearing up for its opening. The 146-room hotel is accepting reservations for the beginning of November. The property’s opening caps off a five-year effort to rehabilitate the empty Missouri Theatre building, which was constructed as companion offices in 1920 to the former Missouri Theatre. The 12-story building has been vacant for nearly a decade.

Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Elyria opened its doors. The hotel features the brand’s latest guest room and lobby design. The 104-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Sunrise Hospitality of Fremont, Ohio. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, the Courtyard Cleveland Elyria offers guests convenient access to Cedar Point Amusement Park, Oberlin College, downtown Elyria and downtown Cleveland.

IHG announced the opening of InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. The hotel is the first and only property to be connected via skybridge to MSP International Airport and is located 20 minutes from the downtowns of both Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, and just five minutes from the Mall of America.
