DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay opened with 238 guest rooms and suites, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the Burj Khalifa, downtown Dubai or Bay Square.

The hotel joins two other DoubleTree by Hilton properties already open in Dubai and eight DoubleTree by Hilton properties open across the Middle East.

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay is located in Bay Square, a low rise community square surrounded by shops, cafes and local businesses. The hotel is located between "old: and "new" Dubai, allowing guests to experience all the city has to offer. Within close proximity and surrounding the newly opened Dubai Canal, is the new waterfront destination - Marasi Business Bay - that features a promenade, offering outdoor recreation.

The hotel also offers easy access to downtown Dubai, which features numerous modern attractions, including the Dubai Opera, the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Guests can also explore "old Dubai," an area around Dubai Creek filled with charming textile, spice and gold souks. To make stays convenient, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the business district, major tourist attractions and beaches.

"Dubai is a fast-growing, cosmopolitan city that offers visitors a range of activities, from shopping in the modern malls, to watching a performance at the opera, to abra rides on the creek," said Dianna Vaughan, senior vice president and global head, DoubleTree by Hilton. "As the first and only hotel in Bay Square, DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay is ideal for travelers seeking accommodation in this popular new destination. We look forward to welcoming guests with something special at every stage of their stay."

The all-day dining restaurant, My Square, is the social hub of the hotel with an open kitchen, international cuisine and bistro-style atmosphere. Guests can enjoy snacks, artisan gelato, coffee and tea at the Arabic-inspired Oud Lounge in the lobby area or relax at Bay Club, a casual pool deck perfect for light bites and shisha while listening to live music or the DJ. In addition, the hotel houses the world's first PizzaExpress Live, offering food and entertainment, as well as Le Petit Belge, which serves authentic Belgian beverages and cuisine.

The hotel contains nearly 4,000 square feet of meeting space, including six function rooms.

"Hilton's portfolio stretches across the region, and we are pleased to have expanded our presence in Dubai with the opening of this beautiful new hotel," said Rudi Jagersbacher, president, Middle East, Africa & Turkey, Hilton. "DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay is an exciting addition to an already bustling area of Dubai, and we are thrilled to bring yet another of our world-class properties to a city renowned for its hospitality."
