New Five-Star Hotel Approved for Las Vegas Strip

Majestic Las Vegas hotel gets approval from Clark County commissioners. The new, $850 million, 720-room nongaming hotel on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip is being developed by Lorenzo Doumani. The property will feature 10 floors of convention and meeting space, multiple dining outlets and a wellness medical spa.
