Desert Diamond Casino & Hotel is wrapping up an extensive and detailed renovation of its primary conference and meeting space. This project, which will be compete by the end of September, comes after the total guest total guest room renovation in 2018.

EnVue, an Autograph Collection hotel, opened in New Jersey. The 208-room waterfront property is located on the Hudson River across Midtown Manhattan. The property is steps from the Port Imperial Ferry, where guests can travel to Midtown Manhattan in just minutes. The hotel features outdoor space with unobstructed views and convenient access to Times Square, Central Park, Madison Square Garden and MetLife Stadium.

The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an, in one of China's most historic cities, and the home of the country's legendary 2,000-year-old Terracotta Warriors. The hotel is located in the business center of the Gao Xin District and boasts unique access to a variety of historical and cultural sites, including the legendary Terracotta Warriors, Great Wild Goose Pagoda and old City Walls.

Raffles Singapore announced its reopening following the hotel's three-phased restoration, which began in February 2017. The restoration led by interior designer Alexandra Champalimaud was also supported by Aedas, a leading global architecture and design firm. New suite categories, experiences and dining concepts are designed for international visitors and Singaporeans to meet, stay, shop, dine and celebrate.

Park Hyatt Shenzhen debuted atop a 48-story skyscraper in the heart of the Futian central business district in Shenzhen. The property is within walking distance of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center and surrounded by corporate offices and luxury shopping. The building was designed by the New York-based architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and resembles a dynamic glass and steel butterfly with its wings spread against the Shenzhen city skyline.

The Merrill Hotel & Conference Center, Muscatine, set on the banks of the Mississippi River, joined Marriott's Tribute Portfolio. The property is situated adjacent to the city’s River Walk Park in the city’s historic downtown. The hotel features 122 guest rooms, which include a Presidential Suite, Chairman’s Suite, Junior Suites, and have the flexibility of one, two and three-bedroom configurations.

Hilton Chicago Northbrook unveiled phase one of a multimillion-dollar renovation, which introduced a refreshed look to its 20,000 square feet of function space and 249 guest rooms. Phase two of the renovation is set to take place in early 2020 and will include a complete revamp of the property’s restaurants, Allgauer’s on the Riverfront and Frank’s Place.

Hilton Columbus Downtown broke ground on a 28-story tower to create the first 1,000-room convention hotel in Columbus. Together with the existing Hilton, the hotel will offer 75,000 square feet of meeting space and will be the largest hotel in Ohio when it opens in 2022.

Convene opened its first location within Washington, D.C., proper at Terrell Place. The space is Convene’s third location in the D.C. metro area and its first to feature its flexible workspace offering, Workplace, with 19 worksuites totaling 431 workstations.

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center opened on the uppermost floors of what is now the city’s tallest building and 10th highest in the U.S. The entire Comcast Center building and the interiors and furnishings of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia have been designed by world-renowned architect Norman Foster.
