The Savannah Marriott Riverfront unveiled its full renovation, including guest rooms and Atrium as well as 40,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The property is adjacent to River Street and located in downtown Savannah, overlooking the historic riverfront.

The Row Hotel at Assembly Row, Autograph Collection is now open. The property’s design pays homage to the manufacturing industry for which its neighborhood is named.

Hilton Short Hills completed its hotel transformation project. The renovation included a restoration of the 314 guest rooms and suites, Executive Lounge and 16,000 square feet of meeting space.

Vail Marriott Mountain Resort completed a makeover of its Grand Ballroom and is undergoing a renovation of its 350 guest rooms and additional meeting space. The project is geared towards travelers with high-tech attributes and indoor-outdoor design that embraces the year-round destination with its chic, mountain modern aesthetic.

Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa completed an expansive renovation, including the resort's 517 guest rooms, the addition of two distinctive new room categories, a revamped poolside experience and new activities and amenities.

The iconic four-star Hutton Hotel Nashville showcased its renovation with a 5,000-square-foot music venue and writer’s creative spaces developed in partnership with Red Light Management, along with a new bar and restaurant offering an inventive take on traditional Southern cuisine. The design of the current and new spaces, curated by Studio 11 Design, was extended to the hotel’s public areas, music venue, writers’ rooms, guest rooms, and suites to offer residential comfort with vibrant Nashville style.

Stein Eriksen Lodge completed its $14 million expansion project. The renovation included an expanded outdoor plaza and event space, a new Entertainment Center and the addition of a Theater Room.

The Riverview Inn & Suites is the latest hotel to join the Ascend Hotel Collection. Following a multimillion-dollar renovation, the hotel now features updated amenities and accommodations, including an indoor pool, refreshed guest rooms and townhouse suites. The property boasts over 30,000 square feet of conference and meeting space for up to 1,700 guests, including a 14,500-square-foot ballroom.

Hyatt Place Milwaukee/Downtown opened at The Brewery in Milwaukee. The 150-room, six-story hotel, is located in the heart of this redeveloping historical neighborhood as well as one block away from Milwaukee’s much-anticipated entertainment district and new Milwaukee Bucks arena.

The Eaglewood Resort & Spa unveiled a renovation, including the addition of a new restaurant and outdoor patio. The next phase of the renovation is slated for completion this fall and will feature upgrades to the resort’s bedding and event pavilion with the addition of floor-to-ceiling windows for views of the golf course.
