Owners have unveiled a plan to revamp the West Wharf Road hotel, tearing down the current structure and replacing it with one four-story building that they said would include more event space and meet federal guidelines.
The hotel construction will take about two years to complete if it is approved. The facility would include larger rooms and more event and banquet space. The facility would also include a mini-spa.
