Collen Senters will bring more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience to her new role as general manager of the Westin New York Grand Central.
She began her career in hospitality as a room attendant and has worked in various departments, from food and beverage to the front office.
Most recently Senters served as general manager of the Westin New Jersey Newport, and before that as general manager of the Sheraton Russell Hotel and the Sheraton Piscataway.
