Broadmoor Announces the Return of Tiffany Pisaneschi

Tiffany Pisaneschi

The Broadmoor announced the return of Tiffany Pisaneschi, as director of national sales for the Colorado Springs, Colorado, resort’s Wilderness Properties: Cloud Camp, The Ranch at Emerald Valley and the Fly Fishing Camp.

Pisaneschi began her career at the Broadmoor and spent 14 years advancing her hospitality skills in F&B and conference management. Upon returning ”home,” Pisaneschi discussed all that the unique Wilderness Properties have to offer for groups.

Meetings Today: What does your position as director of national sales for the Broadmoor's Wilderness Properties entail, and how is it different than selling the core property?

Tiffany Pisaneschi: My role as director of national sales for the Wilderness Properties helps to connect groups with some of the most unique and immersive experiences The Broadmoor has to offer. While the Broadmoor is known for its iconic luxury and largescale meeting capabilities, the Wilderness Properties offer something entirely different: small-scale charm, exclusivity and a deep connection to Colorado’s natural beauty.

Selling The Broadmoor is often focused on larger groups, Colorado Springs-based activities and iconic experiences. Selling the Wilderness Properties is about curating transformational experiences. It requires a more consultative approach, understanding a group’s goals on a deeper level, and matching them with the right environment, whether that’s a mountaintop retreat, a secluded luxury ranch or a lodge nestled next to five miles of private river.

What tools have you acquired from being outside of the Broadmoor organization that you will bring back to your new role?

Stepping away from The Broadmoor allowed me to broaden my perspective and refine my approach to sales in a meaningful way. During that time, I realized that while I had stepped away from selling a beautiful, tangible product, I was still deeply connected to sales.

I also had the opportunity to return to hospitality in a new capacity by helping to open a hotel. That experience was incredibly rewarding and exposed me to a different side of the industry, where I built strong relationships, developed operational insight and gained a greater appreciation for the full guest journey.

Ultimately, these experiences have made me a more well-rounded leader and sales professional. I am bringing back a renewed perspective, stronger relationship-building skills and a deeper understanding of both the emotional and operational aspects of hospitality that I am excited to apply in my new role as I return “home.”

What do the Wilderness Properties offer for group business?

The Wilderness Properties offer something truly rare in the group market: the ability to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with purpose. Each property provides an opportunity for a private, all‑inclusive environment ideal for executive retreats, leadership development, incentive trips and small‑group strategy sessions.

Groups benefit from:

  • Total privacy: Each property can be fully bought out.
  • Immersive experiences: from horseback riding and fly fishing to mountaintop dinners and guided hikes
  • Unmatched service: the same Broadmoor excellence, delivered in an intimate, personalized setting
  • A setting that inspires: Nature has a way of sparking creativity, collaboration and meaningful conversation.

These properties allow groups to step away from distractions and focus on connection, strategy and culture, and that’s increasingly valuable in today’s world.
