Former SITE CEO Kevin Hinton Hired by MYB

Former Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) CEO Kevin Hinton was hired as vice president of strategy for Minding Your Business (MYB), an agency focused on creating business opportunities and engaging target audiences for associations, DMOS and other hospitality industry partners.

A 20-year meetings and hospitality industry veteran, Hinton has also held leadership roles that have included CEO of Hinton+grusich, EVP of Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) and chairman of the International Board of Directors for MPI.

“I have always enjoyed strategy work, especially when it comes to aligning teams around the key questions of what success looks like, what business they do, and who they serve,” Hinton said in a statement about his new position. “I am grateful to be here and to be part of work that has a lasting impact on people and organizations.”

MYB CEO Max Suzenar referenced the industry experience and knowledge Hinton will bring to the company.

“We are excited to add a fresh perspective and level of experience to our team,” he said. “We know Kevin will bring new ideas, energy, relationships and perspective on what the possibilities can be for MYB clients.”

According to MYB, Hinton will focus on building on the company’s efforts to provide data-driven strategy for associations, DMOs and other client hospitality industry organizations, and will lead the Chicago-based company’s strategic services team to “adopt forward-thinking, innovative approaches that will drive long-term success for clients.”
