The host of Meetings Today’s Dare to Interrupt podcast, Courtney Stanley, is teaming up with frequent collaborator Sarah Soliman, president and CEO of Soliman Productions, on a new video program that will be distributed by Meetings Today and hosted on MeetingsToday.com

No Agenda is a cutting-edge video broadcast that reports on current events and breaking news in the meetings, hospitality and tourism industry, and will feature the two leading industry voices as co-hosts, with Soliman Productions producing the program.

“Sarah and I share a mission to dive deeper into topics that affect the current and future state of our industry,” Stanley said. “By reporting on stories that matter and asking questions that provide our community with the information they need to stay informed, our objective is to share updates without a biased narrative—or a hidden agenda.”

Soliman brings years of broadcast production expertise to the collaboration.

"As a broadcast journalist by trade, my team and I have covered the industry at-large for almost a decade by reporting on some of the most pressing stories,” Soliman said. “No Agenda is an extension of this work but casts a wider net that isn't adherent to one organization. Between our new office space, our partnership with Courtney Stanley and our ability to produce turnkey video content quickly, Soliman Productions has the infrastructure and reputation to establish a compelling new broadcast and we are so looking forward to how this enriches our ever-changing industry."

The co-hosts plan to produce two episodes of No Agenda per month, releasing them on Thursdays and covering a range of breaking news topics and industry trends.

“Our industry is filled with talented writers, podcasters and content creators, but what we're missing is a true news broadcast that covers the latest happenings in our community, designed and delivered in a way that is accessible, digestible and enjoyable to watch,” Stanley said. “We believe that video reporting is the best way to meet our audience’s current needs.”

The past few years have taught industry professionals no matter where they may reside that change is inevitable—“and it comes fast,” Stanley said. “Our goal is to support our community by shedding light on timely, relevant updates that will provide meeting professionals with the information they need to succeed. We're in this evolving industry-comeback stage together, and Sarah and I aim to leverage our strengths, skills and passion to best serve a community we care so deeply about.”

Watch the inaugural episode of No Agenda now, featuring guests Chris Meyer, CEO of George P. Johnson; Kelly Smith, vice president of sales, Caesars Entertainment; Dahlia El Gazzar, founder of Dahlia+Agency; Jo Truett, director of event technology sales, Xpodigital; and Tracy Stuckrath, founder of Thrive Meeting & Events.

The second episode of No Agenda is scheduled to air April 20.
