PCMA Convening Leaders was a resounding success, with more than 5,000 attendees setting a new attendance high-water mark for the event.
Here are some select snaps we took and gathered to help document the event for posterity!
1. President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton participated in a general session interview to a capacity crowd.
2. Drones fill the sky and spell out "San Diego" at the final night networking reception.
3. The new EVE event site provides jaw-dropping views of San Diego’s harbor and will be a major element of the area’s new RADD life sciences development.
4. Boyz II Men were the headliners at the closing reception, held in the stunning Rady Shell just behind the San Diego Convention Center.
5. President and CEOs Caroline Beteta (Visit California), Julie Coker (San Diego Tourism Authority) and Rip Rippetoe (San Diego Convention Center) detailed the meetings and events achievements of the state, destination and facility at a press conference.
6. PCMA CEO Sherrif Karamat delivers his opening address on the main stage at the San Diego Convention Center.

7. PCMA CEO Sherrif Karamat took on Visit Indy President & CEO Leonard Hoops at a pickleball match hosted by Visit Seattle.
Although incoming PCMA Chair Hoops came out victorious, Karamat later told attendees that he had to throw the match because Hoops will soon be his new boss!
