The Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) promoted Sheretha Bell to senior vice president of marketing and brand strategy and also promoted Cynthia Mokotoff to senior vice president of human resources. Bell will spearhead the strategic development and coordinated execution of ACVB's integrated marketing efforts while Mokotoff will focus on leading the overall people strategy of the organization.

Bell has nearly 24 years of experience at ACVB, joining in August 2000 as a sales and marketing research specialist before advancing through various positions within the organization, including most recently serving as vice president of brand. Bell will shape the organization’s brand strategy, positioning, voice and audience engagement across all channels, as well as oversee the creative partnerships, creative direction and brand leadership of the organization.

Mokotoff also has nearly 25 years of experience at ACVB, joining the organization in 1999 and having held numerous positions in operations, finance and corporate events. Mokotoff will continue her work in talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, learning and development, compensation and benefits programs, workforce management, compliance and succession planning. She will also continue to ensure that the organization maintains alignment with employment laws and continues its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.

"We celebrate and recognize Cynthia and Sheretha’s exceptional leadership, dedication and contributions to ACVB and Atlanta's hospitality community," said William Pate, president and CEO of ACVB. "Their wealth of experience and commitment to excellence have been major drivers in our success and they will continue to lead our organization to new heights."
