Cvent, one of the industry’s largest meetings and hospitality technology providers, announced its 2025 rankings of the top meeting destinations and hotel venues in North America.
The destination and hotel rankings are determined based on the more than $18 billion in global sourcing and RFP proposals made through Cvent’s sourcing platforms and supplier network in 2024.
Top Destinations
Cvent’s ranking for the top meeting destinations in America includes some familiar locations like Orlando and Las Vegas. Two notable destinations that rose in the rankings this year include Chicago, which rose three spots in the rankings from last year, and Atlanta, which rose two spots.

- San Diego

“Since 2015, Orlando has earned Cvent’s top recognition, showing our dedication to the meetings and conventions industry,” said Casandra Matej, president and CEO of Visit Orlando, in a release announcing the list. “We are a community focused on providing exceptional service and strategic alignment with our customers’ strategic goals.”
Top Meeting Hotels
Cvent also ranked the top meeting hotels in North America based on what it described as the properties’ record of swift RFP responses, prioritization of planner collaboration and offering of curated group experiences.
Surprisingly, only one Orlando property was named in the top hotels list, despite Orlando claiming the top spot in destination rankings. The top four properties listed are all located in Nashville. Cvent will host its annual Cvent CONNECT industry conference in the city for the first time in 2026.
