Sonoma County’s 92-acre Vintners Resort is undergoing a $15 million transformation, including updates to its resort pool, lobby, guest rooms and event space. The renovation project’s first phase has already been completed with the opening of the resort pool, featuring cabanas, day beds, hot tub, fire pit and a full-service pool bar.
The second phase of the renovation will be completed later this summer and will include updates to the lobby such as a central lobby skylight above a living tree, a morning barista bar and an evening wine lounge. The resort’s newly refreshed event center features 10,000 square feet of indoor space with two ballroom-scale venues that can accommodate up to 500 attendees.

The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, is a luxury AAA Five Diamond resort nestled in the heart of Tahoe’s North Shore that has completed an extensive two-year property transformation. The renovation includes redesigns of the property’s dining and bar options, 170 guest rooms and suites, fitness center, welcome and reception areas, new pool cabanas, Topgolf swing suites and upgraded meeting and event spaces.
The resort features over 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space spread across five event venues and ten breakout rooms. Notable venues on the property include the 6,600-square-foot The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom that can accommodate up to 520 attendees and the 6,600-square-foot The Meadows outdoor space that can accommodate up to 400.

Hawai'i

Nicknamed the “First Lady of Waikīkī” for being the first hotel to open in the region, the Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa, is currently undergoing a transformation project that is set to be completed in phases ahead of the resort’s 125th anniversary in March 2026.
First constructed in 1901, the resort contains 791 guest rooms and suites, all of which will be renovated in phases from summer 2025 through spring 2026. The resort’s lobby will also receive updates along with the introduction of a new oceanfront event space. The ground floor space will debut in fall 2025 and will be able to accommodate up to 200 attendees.
Nevada
Caesars Entertainment announced plans to rebrand Harveys Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino into the Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino and transform the property with a $160 million renovation plan. The 1.6 million-square-foot resort will reopen in July of this year under its new branding and will undergo a renovation that is set to wrap in summer 2026.

The renovations will include updates to the property’s lobby and 88,000-square-foot casino floor with updates to its carpeting, lighting, tables, chairs and digital displays. The property’s guest rooms in the Remus Tower (formerly the Mountain Tower) and Romulus Tower (formerly the Tahoe Tower) will also be remodeled. The property is located close to the Tahoe Blue Event Center, which has more than 50,000 square feet of total meeting and exhibition space.

It’s Electric (Pickle)
Electric Pickle is Tempe, Arizona’s new hub for pickleball and outdoor entertainment. The venue boasts nine state-of-the-art pickleball courts, four of which are covered with private cabanas, and offers activities such as Full Swing golf simulators, bocce ball, ping pong and corn hole. The venue also has a live music stage and 12,000-square-foot restaurant.

Electric Pickle also opened four new private event spaces that can accommodate between 20 and 1,000 attendees such as The Ace Room, which can accommodate up to 50 attendees and offers sliding glass doors, contemporary decor and a built-in TV.
Another new space is The Top Shelf, which can accommodate up to 96 seated or 130 standing. The Top Shelf also features access to the Electric Pickle’s upper level, which includes a private bar, two Full Swing golf simulators, fire pits, outdoor TVs and overhead heaters and misters for climate control.
Another space is The Cabana Bar, which includes four covered pickleball courts, a full outdoor bar and a shaded patio lounge. Electric Pickle also offers full venue buy-outs called “The Full Monty” that can accommodate up to 1,000 attendees.
