JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa appointed Colin Mills as the new general manager of the property. Mills brings a 25-year career with Marriott International and will oversee the resort’s day-to-day operations, elevate the guest journey and drive strategic performance initiatives for the property.
Mills most recently served as the general manager of the Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort, and has also held leadership positions at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes, driving improvements in associate engagement, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
“I am excited to bring my passion for hospitality and proven approach to operations and team development to JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa,” Mills said in a press release. “I look forward to continuing the resort’s success while creating unforgettable guest experiences on Florida’s Gulf Coast.”
