Argentina

Casa Duhau is a new-build luxury hotel that is set to bring Hyatt’s Unbound Collection to Argentina in late 2027. The property will be located in Alto Agrelo, Mendoza, one of the most significant wine regions in the world, and will offer views of the Cordón del Plata mountain range and the dormant volcano Tupungato. Hotel construction on the property will begin at the end of this year and will include 52 villas and suites, 100 acres of vineyards and fruit trees, equestrian club and a premium winery all spanning nearly 1,000 acres.
The property will also offer two signature restaurants, a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, curated wellness experiences and modern meeting rooms. Casa Duhau’s gardens, terraces and event hall will serve as venues for events held at the resort.
Bulgaria
Located between the lively Flower Street and the Sunny Beach Promenade, the adults-only AluaSoul Sunny Beach in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, offers 397 guest rooms, six restaurants and bars, two outdoor swimming pools and a 24-hour fitness center. The hotel’s spa has amenities such as a hot tub, sauna, steam room and sensation showers. The property also offers activities such as windsurfing, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, boat rides and snorkeling.

AluaSoul Sunny Beach offers the 213-square-foot Sophia Hall, which can accommodate up to 60 attendees for meetings, presentations or networking events with views of the Black Sea.
China

Radisson Blu Hotel, Shanghai Stadium is a new 208-room property located in the heart of Shanghai’s Xujiahui Sports Park, occupying floors six through 12 of the Shanghai Stadium, with guest rooms ranging between 124 and 656 square feet. Guests can choose between stadium-facing rooms, allowing them viewing access to sporting events and live performances, or park-facing rooms which offer views of Xujiahui Sports Park’s greenery.
The hotel features three dining venues, fitness center with a hyperbaric oxygen chamber and a temperature-controlled 82-foot swimming pool. Radisson Blu Hotel, Shanghai Stadium also has 3,280 square feet of meeting and event space, including the 1,459-square-foot Olympia Ballroom and six meeting rooms ranging from 114 to 374 square feet.
Croatia
Located in the heart of Croatia’s Adriatic coast lies the newly opened Hyatt Regency Zadar, marking the brand’s debut in the country and offering sweeping sea views and proximity to attractions such as national parks, the Roman Forum and St. Donatus’ church.
The property offers 133 guest rooms and suites and the 12,432-square-foot Lavanda Spa, which includes amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, hammam, hot tubs and treatment rooms. Additionally, Hyatt Regency Zadar has more than 7,965 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 4,305-square-foot pillarless ballroom that can accommodate up to 350 attendees, 1,614 square feet of breakout rooms and 2,152 square feet of prefunction space.
Denmark

The newest resort in Denmark, Rox Resort, will open its doors in November just south of Copenhagen, bringing 154 additional guest rooms to the area. Located on the edge of Denmark’s coastline, Rox Resort will include three heated rooftop pools, a full-service spa, fitness club and new culinary concepts such as The Dirty Sichuan steakhouse and The Dumpling Bar poolside venue.
The property also has five bars across the resort, including the rooftop Pool Bar, Birdcage, Lobby Bar, outdoor terrace and a hidden cocktail nook in the Fire Room.
Rox Resort also features eight meeting and event spaces, including boardrooms known as The Study’s, medium-sized rooms called The Conservatory’s and larger rooms known as The Regent Halls. The Study’s can accommodate up to 10, The Conservatory’s can seat up to 30 and The Regent Halls can hold between 78 and 200 attendees.
