Palms Casino Resort promoted Kevin Glass, an employee on the resort’s debut leadership team, to general manager of the property in September, where he will be responsible for all property operations at Palms Casino Resort and Palms Place.
Glass was a part of the Palms’ original opening team from 2001. Most recently, he served as the assistant general manager. When San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority (SMGHA) took over leadership of the Palms in 2021, Glass was a part of this original team as well, serving as the vice president of hospitality.

Glass was also recognized as the “Hotelier of the Year” in 2023 after being nominated by the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association.
In a press release, Latisha Prieto, SMGHA chairperson said that Glass brings both experience and heart to the role, as he has been with the resort since day one.
“I am honored to step into the role of general manager at Palms Casino Resort, a property that has been such an important part of my career and my journey,” Glass said in a press release. “I have seen firsthand the passion and dedication of our team. I look forward to leading with that same spirit.”
