Four Seasons has opened its first property on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, set along 1,000 feet of white-sand beach in the heart of Old Naples. The 220-room resort comes with 32,853 square feet of indoor-outdoor event space, including a 4,390-square-foot ballroom and two sunlit ballrooms to beachfront terraces. Event sizes can range from intimate meetings of 14 to large gatherings of 400.
Other amenities at the resort include championship golf by Tom Fazio (opening in late 2026), a state-of-the-art fitness facility by Harley Pasternak and a two-level wellness oasis at the Sanctuary Spa. Five distinctive dining experiences come with the property, with highlights such as The Merchant Room by two-time James Beard Award-winning chef Gavin Kaysen, and the revival of beloved local favorites, HB’s and Sunset Bar.
Texas
Hyatt Regency Austin, the full-service hotel located in the heart of downtown Austin, wrapped a full hotel renovation of the property in September. The updates included a comprehensive redesign of the hotel’s 450 guest rooms and suites, corridors, meeting facilities and public spaces throughout the property. The refresh also added two guest rooms, with one being a luxury suite with a balcony displaying views of Lady Bird Lake and the Austin skyline.
Dining venues were rebranded, and a new signature restaurant introduced, Ripple & Roots, which has a lounge with an indoor-outdoor bar experience and a patio on Lady Bird Lake. At the onset of the transformation process, Hyatt Regency Austin reopened a newly remodeled outdoor pool and cabanas. Newly renovated meeting venues, including the Zilker, Texas and Foothills Ballrooms, are highlights of the 45,000 square feet of flexible meeting space on property.

Virginia
Hotel Burg, a highly anticipated boutique hotel in Virginia’s wine and hunt country, Loudon County, opened in August. Located on King Street in the heart of historic downtown Leesburg, the intimate 39-room property is a special gathering place for small corporate groups and retreats, and an ideal homebase for exploring Loudon County’s attractions, including its world-class wineries.
The hotel design reflects the heritage and culture of the region, with antique-rich details and original works by regional artists. Intimate spaces for groups on property include a conference room, a reading room, parlor and rooftop bar. Beyond its walls, Hotel Burg offers access to restored 19th-century stone barn, The Manor 1858, a 22-acre estate set just outside of town, ideal for private events for up to 300.
A Beachy Bleisure Getaway
Iconic The Diplomat Beach Resort is a meetings and events staple in South Florida. Situated on stunning beaches in Hollywood on Florida’s Southeast coast between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, the 36-story glass hotel offers upwards of 200,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including ballrooms, breakout rooms and boardrooms designed to accommodate both intimate events and large conferences.
The possibilities for showstopping events are set to increase with the introduction of a new oceanfront event terrace, scheduled to open in early 2026.
